Adhesives, Glues & Silicones

With over 18,000 lines in store at Masseys, this is only a flavour of what we keep.

Masseys have two main brands of glues, adhesive and silicones and these are Bostik who own brands like Evo-Stik and Araldite, and Everbuild.

Glues

Masseys have a great range of glues for a variety of tasks. Super glue, glues for plastics, rubbers and leather are all in stock. Araldite is a well renowned glue and is avaliable in four settings from slow precision set to rapid set.

Wood glue is avaliable in both Evo-Stik and Everbuild in a variety of sizes up to 5 litres.

Evo-Stik Impact adhesive and Timebond will bond a variety of surfaces and come in a range of different tubs and tubes.

PVA glue helps to create a strong bond between two surfaces and can also be used to seal new plaster etc.

Adhesives

Adhesives like Evo-Stik “Sticks Like Sh*t“, Serious Stuff and Gripfil are all purpose adhesives that will bond a variety of materials. Evo-Stik Sticks Like Sh*t for example will bond wood, plastic, brick, metal, stone and many other materials.

No More Nails is still a favourite and is avaliable in interior, exterior and invisible grips. No more nails is now also available in a sticky tape and sticky pad form.

Silicones

Silicone sealant can be used for a variety of tasks including sealing the gap between baths and showers against the wall and sealing in kitchen sinks. We have a variety of colours including white, clear, black and brown.

Evo-Stik All Weather Sealant is is a single component synthetic rubber that adheres to most wet or oily surfaces. It can be used in rain or puddles and seals leaks immediately, and is therefore, ideal for emergency repairs.

Frame Sealant provides a flexible waterproof seal for both door and window frames made of PVC-U, metal or wood.

Decorators Caulk is kept with the silicones, but is usually used for decorating.

Oils and Lubricants

3 in 1 oil and WD40 are two of the most popular oils, but we do also keep a good range of other lubricants including CT-90 cutting fluid, silicone lubricants, gas leak detectors, anti-seize compounds and multi-purpose grease and lithium grease.
