Description
The Mountfield S481 PD Lawn Mower has been upgraded for the 2019 season and is a now packed with features. Powered by a Mountfield ST170 OHV Autochoke engine, this self propelled mower is very easy to use; just pull the clutch lever and away you go. Let the lever go and the wheels stop – it couldn’t be easier! 5 pre-set cutting positions ranging from 25mm to 65mm are easy to adjust, using the single lever height adjuster
This versatile 4-in-1 machine allows you to collect, mulch, rear discharge and side discharge depending on your needs. The large grass collector holds 70 litres of cuttings and lifts off the back of the mower easily for emptying, an indicator shows when the collector is full. The side discharge chute and mulching plug are both easy to fit if you choose not to collect the grass clippings.
Cleaning after use is facilitated using a hose connection fitted to the chassis. An integrated front bumper handle and camlock adjusters make moving or folding the handles for storage quick and easy. The 48cm cutting width makes the S481 PD LS ideal for medium – large sized lawns up 40m x 40m.
