Stihl HTA 85 Telescopic Cordless Pruner is available at Masseys in Swadlincote. The HTA 85 is a cordless pole pruner with telescopic shaft. Lightweight and powerful, with 1/4″ PM3 saw chain with particularly easy biting characteristics and good cutting performance, low vibration and quiet for use in urban areas, fully equipped with side chain tensioning, total length from 270 to 390 cm, weight 4.8g without battery. Batteries and chargers are sold separately.
Side chain tensioner – The chain tensioner is located on the side to prevent contact with the chain when adjustments are made.
EC-Motor – Maintenance-free, brushless and efficient STIHL EC motor ensures a longer run time in operation and increased life expectancy.
Telescopic shaft with quick release – The telescopic shaft can be extended between 2.7m and 3.9m, making branches up to 5m in height accessible from the ground.
Tool-less oil cap – Patented cap for the oil tank, the tank can be quickly opened and closed without effort and tools.

Purchased from Masseys – If your chainsaw was purchased from Masseys and it develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, simply return the chainsaw to store and our mechanics will repair the machine free of charge. A warranty repair is when the machine has failed because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Purchased online – If you chainsaw was purchased from elsewhere, then we charge an initial £29.99 inspection charge to look at the machine. This will be refunded if the fault is a warranty issue and when the manufacturer has processed and accepted the warranty claim in full. Warranty for non-Masseys customers is 4-12 weeks as we have a duty to ensure our own customers are prioritised first.
