The Stihl MSE 210 C-BQ chainsaw is an electric chainsaw. Stihl have designed this machine for the occasional user, the craftsman or farmer.

 

The Stihl MSE 210 C-BQ has a powerful 2,100 w motor and weighs only 4.7 kg without the bar and chain. There are many great features on the chainsaw including a soft grip handle for your comfort whilst using it, a motor overload protection system, the Stihl quick chain tensioning system and a Stihl quick stop chain brake.

 

The MSE 210 C-BQ has a 3/8″ P PM3 chain which has been specially designed for light, compact chainsaws. It has low kick back, low vibration and high cutting quality.

The chainsaw will be assembled and tested in our workshop by our Stihl approved team.

Warranty

Purchased from Masseys – If your chainsaw was purchased from Masseys and it develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, simply return the chainsaw to store and our mechanics will repair the machine free of charge. A warranty repair is when the machine has failed because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Purchased online – If you chainsaw was purchased from elsewhere, then we charge an initial £29.99 inspection charge to look at the machine. This will be refunded if the fault is a warranty issue and when the manufacturer has processed and accepted the warranty claim in full. Warranty for non-Masseys customers is 4-12 weeks as we have a duty to ensure our own customers are prioritised first.
